Its purpose is to develop the physical platinum investment market and support the sustainable development of platinum mining companies.
Our mission is to provide global investors with platinum market research, develop the platinum investment market, and stimulate investment demand for physical platinum. Grace joined WPIC in 2020, where her responsibilities included legal research and proofreading. She is now managing our non-Japanese product partners with a focus on Greater China. She is responsible for identifying new partners and product initiatives, as well as marketing and promoting platinum.
Yvonne Xu
Manager, Asia ex-Japan Investor Development
Yvonne joined WPIC in 2023 after serving at the world’s largest diamond supplier De Beers Group. At De Beers, she was responsible for holistic event project management, as well as several brand marketing related projects. At WPIC, Yvonne works to identify opportunities for investor engagement in ex-Japan Asian markets and to improve the quality of marketing communication and media initiatives in Asia.
Chiwei Wan
Taiwan Market Liaison Representative
In 2023, under the name Awanxtra, Chiwei was invited to join Shanghai Platinum Week (SPW) as an industry expert. In the same year, he became the Taiwan Market Promotion Partner for the World Platinum Investment Council (WPIC). He is responsible for publishing Traditional Chinese market reports, managing international market data and monitoring public sentiment, as well as assisting 4E metal businesses in building an industry ecosystem.
